The arm bike comes equipped with built-in heart rate sensors embedded directly into the standard seat handles, allowing for convenient and accurate pulse monitoring during workouts.

If you plan to use the arm bike with a wheelchair, we recommend purchasing the optional heart rate strap accessory to ensure continued heart rate tracking, as the built-in sensors require contact with the seat handles to function.
